Can I use your instruments with the Free Kontakt Player?
All instruments, drum kits and patches will run in demo mode with the free Kontakt Player: Demo mode means there is a time limit of 15 minutes, and important functions (like saving...) are disabled. You will need a full updated version of Native Instruments Kontakt 5+ to properly use these instruments. You can check compatibility with your Kontakt version by downloading and testing this freebie.
When I load your Kontakt instrument, the knobs and buttons on the UI aren't displaying correctly. Is there a fix somewhere available?
This happens with certain versions of Kontakt. To solve this, follow these steps:
load the instrument and click on the tool to ‘open’ Kontakt
click ‘Instrument Options’, and in the section ‘Resource Container’, click on the folder symbol
This will open the RESOURCES folder. Click UI.nkr and click ‘Open’
Close the Instrument Options and click on the tool again to close Kontakt’s edit mode, and Resave the instrument.
Are the samples in your Kontakt instruments available as WAV files?
Yes, all our Kontakt libraries let you have access to the samples as WAV files. The samples are always neatly organised in folders and sub-folders, it's easy to find what you're looking for :) You can then import the samples in your own sampler, or directly use them in your DAW.
I just bought two products but I cannot download the items. When I click the download button I get the message "items have been removed, contact the store". Can you please fix this?
This automatically happens when there is a conflict between your declared country of residence and your IP address and bank address. For example, you live in Germany but chose Brazil as country of residence. Because of the new VAT rules for Europe, the order will be held for review. You’ll need to get in touch so that we can refund this order, and you can re-purchase the library with the correct country.
I just purchased one of your instruments and have it loaded in my DAW. Currently it is stating that the "Demo Timed Out" and i need to "Activate" i, but I don't know how?
There is no activation or special code needed: you just need to make sure you are using the full version of Kontakt (version 5.3 or anything above will work) instead of the free Kontakt Player. The instruments will load in demo mode in the free Kontakt Player, this is normal. To load the instruments, refer to your User Manual. We also recommend to use the ‘Quick Load’ function of Kontakt.
I just bought your Footstomps on the bandcamp website. I don't want MP3, how can I download the WAVs?
The audio format option on Loops de la Crème Bandcamp site is only for the demo track(s). Choose MP3 to make the download faster. You'll find your product as a ZIP file in your download folder, with all samples in WAV, 24bit, 48kHz.

I can't open the sample library: what do I do with the zip file?
Your product will be downloaded as a ZIP file. On a mac, double-click this file to uncompress it. On a PC, use a program such as Winrar or Winzip to open the zip file. Once unzipped, copy the folder containing all files and paste it to your sound libraries folder. It is important to keep the product's folder structure intact: do not delete or move files within this folder to make sure the instruments will load properly : )
Are the sounds royalty-free? Can I use them in commercial projects?
Yes, all sounds and loops are royalty-free, you can use them in your music and media productions for non-commercial and commercial projects without paying extra fees.
